All our wellbeing courses:
Being unemployed can be a stressful time. Knowing where to start with finding work and managing your personal wellbeing can be difficult. Our work and wellbeing workshops combine development of personal, health and employability skills. We want to help you. Our work and wellbeing support could be the starting point you need.
The Best of Me programme is a series of free online lessons for Bedfordshire residents to help improve your health, confidence & wellbeing. We design our online programmes to include regular virtual meetups, with fellow course participants and your tutor. 1-2-1 contact with your tutor is encouraged via phone, email and online video chat.
This programme can help develop your personal, IT and employability skills. We will help you to design a confidence building employment plan. This could include learning how to relax, de-stress and take control in different areas in your life. With these building blocks in place you can start exploring how to remove barriers, produce a CV, submit your best job applications and develop your interview skills.
If you are unemployed and looking for work, hoping to increase your household income or need help to manage your money, we are here to help. We want to help you with a package of support designed just for you. This could be the starting point you need.
We understand how difficult it can be to find time in your week to focus on you and your wellbeing. We want to help you. Our free support programme for carers could be the starting point you need to help manage your wellbeing, learn new skills and/or gain paid work.
A free employment support programme to help you find work in the health and care sector. All our support programmes are now available by phone and online. If you have worked in care before or are exploring new areas of work, then we can help you.
