The Disability Confident Development Journey

Your Disability Confident Development Journey

We will guide you through a development journey, which will identify your current strengths and weaknesses. This will help you develop from how you currently accommodate people with additional support needs in the workplace, and what work needs to be done to make the necessary improvements.

Recruitment and working journey

For equality and diversity to improve within any organisation, it needs to be evident throughout the recruitment and development processes.

Our consultancy and support services can be tailored to your needs, for example, we could observe your current workforce and full recruitment process, along with any staff development pathways. Several clients ask us to assess and consult on a number of HR topics including:

  • Current number of employees with a disability (paid and voluntary)

  • Assess featured job adverts and descriptions

  • Reasonable adjustments for interviews

  • Interview questions

  • Induction process

  • Progression routes and opportunities
