Our reputation for high quality training delivery
We have delivered high quality training workshops for organisations and small groups for many years for, and on behalf of, many large and small organisations including the NHS, Sports England and Skills for Care.
Disability awareness training
For a flexible and long-term approach to raising disability awareness in your organisation we can provide support and training through our popular online learning platform. We have now several years experience delivering blended and live online workshops and have been delivering face-to-face training workshops for organisations and small groups for many years for, and on behalf of, many large and small organisations including the NHS, Sports England and Skills for Care.
Self-paced online learning
Our online learning programmes are easy to follow, comprehensive and full of valuable content written with the help of people with experience of disabilities, both visible and invisible. They provided expert knowledge of the challenges faced by people in the workplace, in retail settings and other public environments.

Since 2020 we have delivered large and small online events and training programmes for partners including Skills for Care, Luton Council, Sports England and several other organisations across Bedfordshire. Disability Confident consultancy and training
Our initial 8-hour starter consultancy is tailored to assess your needs and provide a clear path to Disability Confident accreditation.
Our consulting and management team are all people with experience of living with a disability or have experience of caring for a person with a disability.
We help organisations achieve Disability Confident accreditation in many ways; whether you are just starting on the journey or just need some extra help from people with direct experience of living with a disability.
Disability Confident Consultancy Starter Package from £1,650

Our Disability Confident Starter consultancy package includes:
- 2 hour briefing meeting to assess your needs and provide a clear path to Disability Confident accreditation. We’ll provide an action plan and priorities.
- 2 hours with your team to start answering the Disability Confident self-assessment tool. This is a comprehensive workbook with guided questions to help businesses assess their current level of disability confidence and identify areas for improvement.
- 2 hours completing the Disability Confident Action Plan. This is a structured plan to help businesses address identified areas for improvement and track progress towards Disability Confident accreditation.
- 2 hours supporting your team to understand and complete the templates and implement the guidance in this package.
- Disability inclusion policy template: A customisable policy template to help businesses establish a clear commitment to disability inclusion and outline procedures for ensuring equal opportunities for disabled employees and customers.

For qualitative co-produced research studies talk to us and our group of 100+ “Experts by Experience”. Our Experts are a diverse research panel of disabled people that we talk to regularly on a number of topics; we invite our panel members to events as well as to take part in research studies. We will guide you through a development journey, which will identify your current strengths and weaknesses. This will help you develop from how you currently accommodate people with additional support needs in the workplace, and what work needs to be done to make the necessary improvements.
