Free tea and coffee on Mondays 

AdviceCentral are hosting Mondays at Mayfield at The Disability Resource Centre’s shop which is at Mayfield Centre, 4 Mayfield Road, Dunstable, LU5  4AP.

Pop in for a free hot drink and to chat about how the AdviceCentral team can guide you to the best local help and support for you, your family and your community.  

Come along to chat with the teams from local community groups, support agencies, charities and local services. Special events every Monday from 10am to 2pm.

We spoke to Caroline from local mental health charity, Mind BLMK, who told us all about their Crisis Cafes. Caroline said “Mind BLMK Crisis Cafes are safe, non-judgemental spaces that you can come to if you find yourself in crisis or mental distress in the evenings.
