Free exercise classes

We have seated and standing classes, all designed to suit beginners including:

  • Yoga (chair based and non-chair based)
  • Whole body workout (all used with the equipment like resistance bands and dumbbells):
    • Balance and coordination
    • Core and strength
    • Flexibility and mobility
  • Chair based exercise (using the chair, ball, bar as props with music)
  • Movement and memory stories

Classes are run by local fitness professionals that specialise in supporting people of all abilities (especially beginners).

Our fitness professionals help disabled people with different conditions from those in a wheelchair, people with invisible disabilities, people with learning difficulties and more.

They help carers who just don’t have the time or funds to join a big fancy gym.
