The Best of Me programme is a series of free online lessons for Bedfordshire residents to help improve your health, confidence & wellbeing. We design our online programmes to include regular virtual meetups, with fellow course participants and your tutor. 1-2-1 contact with your tutor is encouraged via phone, email and online video chat.
