Contact us to find out more about our free, friendly and supportive course offering a personalised action plan including one-to-one coaching and group support.

This programme is co-financed by the European Social Fund.

Improve your confidence

The course will improve your confidence and develop your job-hunting techniques. We will provide you with the support that you need to get back into work.

The course will provide an individual package of support to residents in Central Bedfordshire and Aylesbury with physical and work-limiting health conditions (and carers) who have a desire to return to work.

One-to-one coaching and action planning

Your course will develop employability skills alongside one-to-one coaching and action planning. We will explore suitable work options and can help find you and apply for jobs.

Support can include:

  • CV writing
  • Interview techniques
  • Managing change
  • Confidence building
  • Action planning and setting goals
  • Work trials
  • Career directions – helping you to identify areas of work and hours suitable to your needs
  • Support to search for job vacancies
  • Calculating how much better off will you be when in work
  • One-to-one support to apply for jobs
