Improve your confidence

The programme will improve your confidence and develop your job-hunting techniques. We will provide you with the support that you need to get back into work.

The programme will provide an individual package of support to residents in Central Bedfordshire and Aylesbury with physical and work-limiting health conditions (and carers) who have a desire to return to work.

Support can include:

  • Managing change
  • Confidence building
  • Action planning and setting goals
  • Work trials
  • Career directions – helping you to identify areas of work and hours suitable to your needs
