You will then learn how the practical tools included in this lesson can support you to manage your emotional wellbeing through a programme of meditation, affirmation and journaling.

Next you’ll learn how you can take better care of yourself. Learn how others practice emotional wellbeing and how you can incorporate this into your life. You’ll also start a journey of creating a more balanced life using the Wheel of Life and you’ll create your own Vision Board. Finish your journey by writing a love letter to yourself.
