Our new ‘The Best of Me’ programme could be the starting point you need.

It has been designed with you in mind and focuses on how you can be the best you.

So take some time to indulge in giving yourself time to be the best of you.

This course is free to residents of Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough who are not working or working and earning less than £16,000/year.

This new online programme is designed to help improve your overall wellbeing.

What’s covered?

This online programme contains 3 courses that will each take about 30 hours to complete. 

Course 1: Taking care of me.
First steps to a better life.

Take steps to a better life by enjoying relaxation and wellbeing techniques.

Then learn about healthy eating, how to de-stress and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

Course 2: The missing me.
Build your confidence.

We will help you to get motivated, build your confidence and think about aspects of your personality.

Then you will be ready to set goals to achieve the life that you want.

Course 3: The future me.
Next steps to success.

Aim for success by removing barriers that are holding you back. Prepare and plan for your next steps into work, further learning or volunteering.

Learning from home

Keep learning during the coronavirus crisis with our recently improved online training programmes you can access at home. Our training may include:
