The dates for our final Wellbeing Matters course are available and you can book your space today.

We have helped many people improve their overall wellbeing during the pandemic across Luton and Bedfordshire.

When you join this course we aim to help improve both your mental and physical wellbeing. 

We will equip you with the tools to make positive changes for now and the future.

Our new wellbeing workshops will help:

  • Achieve a healthy life balance
  • Find opportunities for lifestyle changes
  • Recognise the importance of relaxation
  • Explore fears and barriers
  • Produce a wellbeing action plan

To qualify for a place on this 6 week course you must live in Luton, be aged 19+ and unemployed or earning less than £16,000 per year.

Course location and details

3 hours per week for 6 weeks.

Joining midway through is totally fine, as we can help you catch up on any weeks missed.

Dates: Wednesday 5th May – Wednesday 16th June 2021

Time: 10am – 1pm

Location: We are hoping to deliver the course through a combination of face-to-face and online settings, subject to Covid-19 restrictions. If face-to-face is not possible, then we can deliver the entire course online so the course can continue
without disruption. We will confirm the delivery details as soon as possible.

  • Week 1: 5th May 2021
  • Week 2: 12th May 2021
  • Week 3: 19th May 2021
  • Week 4: 26th May 2021
  • Week 5: 2nd June 2021
  • Week 6: 9th June 2021
  • Top-up week: 16th June 2021

What you will learn 

Section 1: Where I am now and where I want to be

  • Week 1: Identify the different ‘me’s’ and map your ideal life chart
  • Week 2: Recognising the circle of influence exploring fears and barriers

Section 2: What can I do?

  • Week 3: Identify a healthy life balance and what we can do to make a positive impact
  • Week 4: Recognise the importance of relaxation and different techniques you can use

Section 3: Planning for the future

  • Week 5: Source opportunities for lifestyle changes
  • Week 6: Produce a wellbeing action plan
  • Top-up week: Upon request
