We know and understand how difficult it can be to find work and maintain your personal wellbeing.
Being unemployed can be a stressful time. Knowing where to start with finding work and managing your personal wellbeing can be difficult.
Work and wellbeing workshops combine development of personal, health and employability skills.
We want to help you. Our work and wellbeing support could be the starting point you need.
1-2-1 Help and support
If you wish to return to work in some way and engage in wellbeing and employment sessions, but are unsure how to start, then we can help with 1-2-1 support with our employment advisors.
Don’t worry, we will ensure that through you receive the support and guidance you need.

We want to work with you to design your work and wellbeing plan. This plan will incorporate a unique support package tailored to you. We will consider how you learn, your areas for development and suggestions for reaching your goals.

Finding ‘you’ again is the most important element for your success. Achieve this by exploring confidence, positive changes and setting goals.
With these building blocks in place you’ll learn how to remove barriers, produce a winning CV, develop your interview skills and to be a more effective communicator; all supporting you back into work.

We are breaking down the barriers and are launching an exciting package of support to help people living in Bedfordshire and Luton to exercise safely at home including:
- Free beginner-level online classes by local fitness professionals
- Join the free classes online by live video or watch pre-recorded sessions and exercise any time
- Free exercise equipment hire of items like resistance bands and balls
Free tablet computer hire and technology training for people without a smartphone, PC/Mac or tablet, so they can join the online sessions
