December payroll dates for our customers and PAs

Every year we review the payment and submission dates for payroll over the festive period. Please see the submission deadlines, the payslip availability and pay dates.

Please see the payroll dates over the December holidays

 

1. If your usual payroll date is 15th of the month:

If your usual payroll date is 15th of each month (usual submission day is 5th or 6th of the month) then this December’s submission date is 2nd to 6th December 2022. Payslips will be available on 9th December and the pay date will be 15th December 2022.

2. If your usual payroll date is 22nd of the month:

If your usual payroll date is 22nd of each month (usual submission day is 13th or 14th of the month) then this December’s submission date is 9th to 13th December 2022. Payslips will be available on 16th December and the pay date will be 22nd December 2022.

3. If your usual payroll date is at the end of the month:

If your usual payroll date is at the end of each month (usual submission day is 21nd or 22nd of the month) then this December’s submission date is 16th to 20th December 2022. Payslips will be available on 23rd December and the pay date will be 30th December 2022.
