Photos from the fantastic Ampthill Festival

The Disability Resource Centre was proud to be part of such a fantastic event

Ampthill Festival proved to be such a brilliant festival for everyone. Last Friday night, Ampthill Park was the place to be. Despite the rain, we all had a great time at the Ampthill Festival’s AmpRocks event and we were so proud to be a part of it.

The Disability Resource Centre were working in partnership with the Ampthill Festival operations team, as one of the festivals charity partners. Our role over the last few months, was to help the festival organisers by contacting and supporting those attendees who requested special assistance.

As well being there, physically on the Friday to provide support, we were also in communication with those recognised attendees prior to the event to get as much information from them as possible, so that we could have a better understanding of their support and accessibility needs.

In communicating with those who attended and requested additional assistance and support, we were able to collaborate in partnership with the Ampthill Festival team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
