We’ve had a brilliant makeover of our charity office at the Mayfield Centre in Dunstable

Thanks to a team of volunteers, our charity staff volunteers and some local businesses we have given the Mayfield Centre a complete makeover.

The Disability Resource Centre runs it’s mobility equipment shop and training rooms at the Mayfield Centre at 4 Mayfield Road, Dunstable, LU5 4AP.

See the before and after photos of the decorating we completed over the last few weeks.

Before the decorations began:

After we finished all the hard work:

We now have beautiful colourful walls, a stunning tree (and birds) wall decal, smart accessible leaflet racks and some lovely calming pictures on the wall.

The paintwork took 4 weekday evenings to complete. Our new handyman volunteer Scott Logan then kindly spent several hours drilling and positioning everything on the walls.

Big thank you to all the volunteers

We would like to thank our full volunteer team which included:

  • Kyle Mais
  • Levi Habashanti
  • David Brady
  • Chelsea Smith
  • Rohin Karia
  • Scott Logan
  • Rawshana Noor

And these businesses very kindly donated equipment and materials:
