Direct Payments support

IMPORTANT: 23rd September 2020 – We are investigating the HMRC notifications issue

We have become aware that a small number of our Direct Payments clients (employers) may have
received notifications from HMRC regarding penalty notices for late filing of PAYE returns. We are actively engaged with HMRC in investigating why they are sending out these notifications at this
time.

If you receive a notification, please contact our Direct Payments Finance team immediately
who will advise you further.

Update 19th May 2020

Since 23rd March 2020 all of our Direct Payments finance staff have been working from home. 

As well as having a new ‘location’ to work from, the Direct Payments finance team have been undergoing some exciting changes to improve the payroll and payments processes. This includes moving to a new payroll system which will allow you to have your own portal to view your payslips both current and historical. If you haven’t provided us with your email address already drop us a message at financequeries@drcbeds.org.uk and we can send you the link to your portal once it’s up and running. 

We shall update you in due course as the system goes live, but in the meantime you can help us by continuing to submit your timesheets and timesheet queries to us at timesheets@drcbeds.org.uk.

Please be aware that if you choose to send the timesheets in via post, there may be a delay in processing.
