Self Directed Support

Direct Payments support

IMPORTANT: 24th March 2020 – Following the direction issued from the Government on 23rd March 2020 we are currently in the process of making sure that our staff have a safe place to work away from the office.

Our prime aim is continuity of service, however, whilst we are transitioning to a new way of working there is a possibility that there may be a delay in processing your pay or making payment.  Please bear with us and be assured that we are doing our very best to get all of our payments out on time. If you have any queries or concerns please do not hesitate contact us finance@drcbeds.org.uk

19th March 2020 – Please read the coronavirus update we have published and sent to all our clients and PAs who we support with Direct Payments: Download the update here

‘Direct Payments’ or ‘Self directed support’ or ‘Personalisation’ is about people being in control of the care, support and services they receive.

We can help you get started and answer your questions along the way.

Our support advisors will discuss your needs and requirements of what your care and support should look like. They help with recruiting care staff, planning and training and how to manage the accounts.

Email us to arrange an appointment or call the team on 01582 470900.
