Here is an important message about our Direct Payment services:
“The Direct Payment services you receive from us will not be stopping and they will remain completely available to you.
As of April 2021, the process in which payments for these services are made may be subject to change in some areas.
We will confirm the exact process and provide you with more information on how these changes may affect you as soon as possible.”

Due to government guidelines, the Direct Payments Finance Team are currently working from home.
