Have your say about care services in Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes

The survey is aiming to gain feedback from service users about their experience with using the care services across BLMK.

Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care System (BLMK ICS) has commissioned Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire (HWCB), The Disability Resource Centre and Community Dental Services CIC (CDS-CIC) to conduct an independent patient experience survey. It is to determine the nature, causes and potential solutions to health inequalities for people with physical and/or learning disabilities, who live in areas of high need across BLMK.

If you have a physical and/or learning disability and live in Bedfordshire, Luton or Milton Keynes, please complete this short multiple-choice survey and share your experiences of the health and/or social care services you have received or are currently receiving. Your feedback will help to improve services and better meet expectations of people across BLMK.
