Our new and free training programme, “Know your way”, is a four week employment support course for people wanting to work in the health and social care sector.

The course covers a wide range of topics and includes several accredited modules that you can put towards the Care Certificate.

This free employment training course includes:

Helpful employability skills including IT techniques

Mental health awareness, Dementia awareness & safeguarding

Infection, prevention and control

Person-centred care, privacy and dignity

First aid

and more...

There will be plenty of practical instruction to help prepare you for employment in a wide range of social care related jobs.

The course is free for residents of Central Bedfordshire who are either unemployed or on a low income.
