We are on the move

22 October 2020

During the coronavirus crisis we have taken the opportunity to greatly reorganise the way we serve our communities including moving our offices and relocating our centre and shop.

We are continuing our helplines and advice services by phone and online.

See us at a venue near you

In the meantime look out for when we will be at a venue near you (like supermarkets and community centres), all socially distanced of course.

Disability equipment advice and products for sale

We’ll also continue to offer advice and products from our disability equipment shop, over the phone and online.

You will still receive our expert advice about choosing disability and mobility aids. You can place orders (over the phone) for new and second-hand equipment, for direct delivery to your home or local pick-up.

Our relocated office will open soon in Flitwick and we are also looking forward to announcing a new centre and shop in Central Bedfordshire.

You can always call us, email us and chat to us online

Phone and online (virtual) appointments are always available to help with complex queries like blue badge forms, benefit form-filling and claims.

We are also taking this time as an opportunity to improve our technology and systems to ensure we can serve you whether we are working at home or at our new office in Flitwick or at the new centre and shop.

Our relocated office will shortly open in Flitwick, but not to visitors, so please call or chat to us online in the first instance.

If you have any questions about our move and relocation then please get in touch.
