On Wednesday 31st January, The Disability Resource Centre, along with our project partners, will be hosting a Community Central partner collaboration day at Lewsey Community Centre between 1pm and 5pm.
The event will give you a chance to discover the incredible support and resources that are available to Luton residents. We hope that by showcasing these local services, our community feel empowered to make decisions that can positively shape their lives and the lives of those around them.
Pop down and network, engage with experts, and build important community bonds.
Our amazing partners, Sight Concern Bedfordshire, Community Needs, and One Stop Advice Centre, will be on hand to give you expert advice and support, including language classes, support for people with visual impairments, and housing and immigration advice. One of our advisors will also be conducting a group money management session from 1-3pm, assisting individuals who are in the process of completely benefit applications.
You can confirm your attendance in advance by emailing us at info@drcbeds.org.uk, or you can call us on 01582 470 900. Alternatively, you can drop-in on the day at your convenience. We hope to see you there.
