Who is delivering this programme

The Disability Resource Centre is a charity with 30 years experience of supporting disabled people and people with long term health conditions across Luton, Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes. The charity has managed health and social care programmes for the NHS BLMK ICB, Skills for Care, Sport England, Luton Council, Bedford Borough Council, Central Bedfordshire Council and many other funding bodies and charity funds in the last 10 years in the health, fitness and social care sectors. We have been commissioned to run this pilot and bring together expert health providers, like health coaches and personal trainers, and work with local health and fitness partners like Be Active in Luton.

Our commitment

We’re dedicated to improving patient outcomes and reducing NHS waiting lists. By referring people to MSK ActiveWell, you’re not just helping individual patients—you’re contributing to this pilot programme which will help us learn and improve the approach for a roll-out to possible regional and national teams.
