This service offers information and advice about disability benefits, including benefits checks, assistance with form filling, support with appeals and preparation for tribunal.
During the year 422 people received assistance from the service and they were able to claim £584,903 in benefits that they may not have otherwise received without our intervention.
Welfare Benefits Advice in Bedfordshire and Luton
This service offers information and advice about disability benefits, including benefits checks, assistance with form filling, support with appeals and preparation for tribunal.
During the year 2,190 people received assistance from the service and they were able to claim £614,604 in state benefits that they may not have been able to claim without our intervention.

We can help with general benefits advice for people with disabilities and make appointments with the Benefits Advisors who can give more specific advice such as benefits checks and help with form filling:

- Attendance allowance (AA)
- Personal Independence Payments (PIPs)
- Disability premiums Severe Disability Premium (SDP)

People with disabilities of any age including children who live in Bedford, Luton and Bedfordshire may receive this free advice.

The workshops run most Mondays at The Disability Resource Centre with a maximum of 8 claimants in each session.

People in Dunstable love our free Wellbeing Hub. We’re helping people with advice managing energy costs and offering a whole host of free wellbeing activities every week.
