Contact from HMRC (For Direct Payment clients only)

The Disability Resource Centre has always encouraged our service users (if they are an employer using our payroll service) to forward any correspondence they receive from HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to us.

HMRC have changed their policy on who they contact to provide information and updates to, as they no longer write to any agents or authorised third parties. This means The Disability Resource Centre will not be aware of any contact received unless the service user informs us. For The Disability Resource Centre to fully support our service users, it is important that we are notified and the form of correspondence (letter, email) is forwarded onto us where possible.

Please forward any correspondence from HMRC, in respect of the payroll service we provide to financequeries@drcbeds.org.uk.

You can also send by post to The Disability Resource Centre, Room 1, The Rufus Centre, Steppingley Road, Flitwick, Bedfordshire, MK45 1AH.

Thank you.
